At Innovative Spas, we’ve always been driven by a passion for bringing relaxation and wellness to our community. With over 37 years of experience in the pool and spa industry in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, we knew it was time to expand our horizons. The idea of opening a new store in Florida was born out of our desire to reach more customers and share the joy of our Softub product line!
Florida, with its sunny climate and vibrant lifestyle, seemed like the perfect place to introduce our unique offerings. Our team, including Jack, Ryan, and Dylan, embraced the challenge with enthusiasm and dedication. We envisioned a space where locals could explore our range of Softub products, outdoor furniture, supplies, and more, all while experiencing the exceptional service that Innovative Spas is known for.
A special highlight of our Florida venture is having Jack, Whitney’s son, as the store manager. His leadership and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in bringing our vision to life and ensuring that every customer receives the personalized attention they deserve.
The journey to opening East Coast Softub was filled with excitement and hard work. From finding the ideal location to setting up the store, every step was a testament to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We officially opened our doors December 1st 2024, and we are thrilled to welcome Floridians into our community of relaxation enthusiasts
